Taking just 2 Eskimo ®-3 Extra capsules daily provides EPA and DHA roughly equivalent to 4 portions of oily fish per week – that’s the same as 5 tins of sardines!

Dosage:
Take 1-2 capsules daily with meals, or as directed.
