How to use
Fill your bath and add a cup size of the blend ( approx 250g) , relax and enjoy for least 20 minutes. Give yourself a period of rest after bathing.
Alternatively for a body scrub, just add 1 tbsp coconut to 1 tablespoon of the blend. ( see label for further details)
Can also be used as a foot soak.
