How has the formula been improved? Cyto-Night has been updated with increased levels of some key ingredients. Montmorency cherry is up to 4x more concentrated delivering higher levels of naturally occurring melatonin, the hormone that supports sleep, while magnesium has been increased to support relaxation and the nervous system. Glycine has also been increased to add some natural sweetness alongside its calming effects.
Why have the directions changed? We’ve simplified the directions to make them easier to follow and more flexible to suit the individual as the timing it can take to become sleepy can vary from person to person. The updated directions are to take 1 level teaspoon (2.6g) mixed into liquid in the evening with a meal or snack as Cyto-Night is best taken with food.
Why is Cyto-Night now recommended to be taken with food? Some amino acids, such as glycine, can be absorbed slightly better when taken away from protein-containing meals. However, as the amount of glycine in Cyto-Night is relatively low, this difference is minimal. On balance, we now recommend taking Cyto-Night with food to support digestion and absorption of all ingredients and to help minimise the risk of mild stomach upset.
Why has the dosage and pack size changed? Due to the updated formulation, the serving size has changed slightly from 2.3g to 2.6g. This now provides 30 days' supply.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
